Turabi Wants Rulers To Take Bold Stance On Kashmir

Sialkot: Ameer Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) Abdul Rasheed Turabi urged the Pakistani government to adopt a clear and bold stance over the Kashmir Issue, saying that the warranted a bold instance against India for early resolution of Kashmir dispute and end the rising human rights violations by occupied Indian Army in the Occupied Jammu Kashmir. He expressed complete solidarity with the depressed people of held valley, saying that the sun of freedom would soon rise on Occupied Jammu and Kashmir. He stated this while addressing the separate meetings of lawyers at District Bar Association (DBA) Sialkot and Daska Bar Association here on Monday. JI Sialkot District Ameer Sheikh Attiqur Rehman, Sialkot DBA President Khawaja Awais Mushtaq, JI Daska Ameer Ameen Ehsan Mughal, acting president of Daska Bar Nabi Ahmed Bajwa and member Punjab Bar Council Jalil Qaiser Nagra were also present on the occasion. Mr Turabi also urged the world to use its influence to globally pressurize India for early peaceful solution to burning Kashmir dispute as per the aspirations of people of the Held Valley. He asked the world to ensure Scotland-like early plebiscite in Occupied Jammu and Kashmir. He said that durable peace could never be established in South Asia without resolving Kashmir Issue, saying that Kashmir dispute had now become a flash point between the two nuclear neighbours. The JI AJK ameer also asked the Pakistani rulers to take the nation into confidence by telling the nation about all the external and internal threats being faced by Pakistan from India. He strongly condemned the aggressive policy of India under the supervision of America against Pakistan. He said that the world should resolve Kashmir issue as per aspirations of people of Kashmir, saying early freedom from Indian yoke and plebiscite to was the basic right of Kashmiris and Pakistan ensure their right. Later, addressing a largely attended All Parties Conference held at Sialkot, JI AJK Ameer Abdul Rasheed Turabi claimed that the Kashmir was running into the blood of Pakistani nation. He urged the Pakistan government to globally pressurize India for ensuring early implementation on the prolonged delayed UN resolutions, saying that India should give right of self-determination to people of the Held Valley. He vowed to make all out sincere efforts and even to sacrifice the last drop of his blood to save Pakistan against the non-believers and make Pakistan as a real Islamic welfare state, as envisaged by Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah. He strongly criticized BJP government in India, alleging that the BJP was implementing the agenda to crush the Muslims in India.
