Jaipur: A group of BJP and RSS supporters showed flag flags to Jammu and Kashmir chief minister Omar Abdullah during his visit to the Ajmer dargah on Sunday. The right-wing supporters were upset over Abdullah's remarks contesting the complete integration of the state with India, and that the issue was still unresolved. Immediately after the incident, Abdullah tweeted: 'Yeyyyy, I got black flagged by 20 nikkar wallas' (men in shorts) in Ajmer. I feel really important now.' This incident is the second in three months when a leader from the state had to face the ire of BJP activists in Ajmer. On February 11, BJP activists hurled shoes at separatist leader Yasin Malik in dargah bazaar. Intelligence officials said they had reports about a protest being organised against Omar during his Ajmer visit. 'This information was conveyed to the administration,' said an officer. 'About five to seven activists and workers from BJP's SC-ST wing tried to block Omar's way,' an intel official said.
