The interception of Cell No. of Shamas led to arrest of a number of militants and stone pelters, with whom he spoke on their mobile numbers issuing them directions for subjecting para-military and police personnel to stone pelting. Nadeem was arrested on the bases of calls made from the Cell of Shamas and admitted having delivered grenades to Aadil and another militant Imtiyaz Ahmed Sheikh alias Arslan son of Abdul Majid Sheikh, a resident of Firdousabad.
