Srinagar: Hurriyat chairman Mirwaiz Umar Farooq on Monday ruled out resumption of talks with the Centre, saying 'genocide of Kashmiris and dialogue can't go together'. The Mirwaiz lashed out at New Delhi for the alleged staged killing of three youth in an encounter along the LoC last month and described it as 'Kashmiris' genocide' and 'commercialisation' of their blood. He asked Islamabad to raise the issue during the India-Pakistan foreign secretaries talks in July. 'You can't have only one kind of terrorism on the agenda,' said the Mirwaiz. The Hurriyat leader rejected calls for a CBI probe into the incident and asked the international community to look into it. 'Murders of innocent people through fake encounters can't be tolerated,' he said. 'Constructing bridges and roads wouldn't silence people as long as their future and lives are at risk.'
