Jammu: The Jammu and Kashmir VHP today said that it will launch a country-wide agitation against the proposed surrender policy mooted by the state government, saying the move will destabilise internal security of the country. 'We will launch a country-wide agitation to expose the Congress-led UPA government over red carpet welcome to the armed terrorists operating in Pakistan-occupied-Kashmir (PoK),' state VHP chief Rama Kant Dubay told reporters here today. 'While displaced Kashmir Pandits cannot be rehabilitated in Kashmir valley in their own country, as also 1947 refugees from PoK in Jammu, the Centre has drawn a plan to rehabilitate terrorists of PoK in this country in Kashmir,' he said. This is a dangerous step which will not only boost the terrorism and separatism in Kashmir but will also threaten the porous internal security of the country, he said.
