Srinagar: Chairman Hurriyat Conference (G), Syed Ali Shah Geelani has said that vision document, autonomy or self rule were not acceptable to people of Kashmir and they will not accept anything less than right to the self-determination. Geelani condemned the arrest of Hurriyat leaders. In a statement from New Delhi, Geelani said that people of Kashmir have already rejected every such formula and the sole purpose of ongoing movement was to achieve right to self- determination. He said that over the past few years, people have grown-up politically conscious and know that pro-Indian leaders were issuing statements only to woo voters and attain power. He asked people to observe social boycott of pro-Indian leaders and not cast their vote. According to Hurriyat (G) statement, after replacement of pacemaker at Escorts hospital New Delhi on October 15, Geelani has developed some 'flesh' on a kidney. Doctors in Delhi have advised Geelani to go for further treatment at Tata Memorial Medical Institute Mumbai. Senior doctor, H .B Tangwa, who is abroad these days will conduct medical check up of Geelani on November 3 in Mumbai. According to the statement, Geelani's condition was stable and his sons Syed Naseem Geelani and Altaf Ahmad Shah will accompany him from Delhi to Mumbia on November 3.
