New Delhi: J-K told to pay full relief in two weeks New Delhi, December 20 The National Human Rights Commission has asked the Jammu & Kashmir Government to disburse the entire amount of ex gratia released by the Ministry of Defence to the families affected by the fire in the Army ammunition depot at Khundroo in August this year. Directing the Government to disburse the amount within two weeks after appropriate publicity through newspapers, the panel also asked for an Action Taken Report within four weeks. The Commission’s direction came after it took note of a report published in a newspaper highlighting the plight of affected families living in makeshift slums in Seelampur area of the capital.
