Islamabad: In occupied Kashmir, former Indian minister of state for External Affairs, Salman Khurshid has said that Kashmir is a vexed problem and we need to understand it fully. He added the problem needed permanent solution and for that efforts were required, KMS reported. Addressing a news conference in Srinagar, the Indian Congress party leader said, dialogue always had ups and downs and people should not give up if there were no instant results. He was referring to the ongoing Pak- India dialogue process. On rising human rights violations in occupied Kashmir, he said, “Much of them are happening because of system, and it has to be changed. We have to make the system more powerful. Humans shouldn’t become inhuman. Balanced, honest and sincere approach is needed to tackle the issue,” he added.
