Two Hizbul Militants Arrested With Hawala Money In J&K

Jammu: Two Hizbul Mujahideen militants were arrested and over Rs one lakh hawala money recovered from them in Ramban district, official sources said on Sunday. On a tip off, police intercepted a vehicle in Bara Kund area of the district and recovered a bag containing Rs 1.31 Lakh of hawala money, 47 SIM cars and 6 mobile sets on Saturday night. Two Hizb militants identified as Ismail and Ashraf were arrested. The money was to be handed over to the self-styled district commander of Hizb, Abu Tayab, who in turn was to deliver it to self-styled Hizb divisional commander Rafiq-ul-Hassan.
