Jammu: Over 4,000 militants trained in Pakistan-based camps are awaiting to enter this side of line-of-control (LoC), Defence sources said on Tuesday. 'About 4,000-5,000 militants trained in Pakistan-based camps are awaiting to enter the country through the line-of-control,' they said. Militants operating in the state are said to have adopted a 'wait and watch strategy' after several top militants were killed, they said. 'With the killing of several top militant cadres and scarcity of money, shortage of arms and explosives have forced them to wait and watch security forces' strategy,' they said. The security forces have killed 324 militants this year compared to 430 killed last year.
