Jammu: A district commander of Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM) on Tuesday surrendered before the security forces in Doda town of Jammu and Kashmir. Identified as Abu Mavia, the JeM militant surrendered before police and army in Doda town this morning, Senior Superintendent of Doda Police Manohar Singh said. He also laid down one AK rifle, one pistol, grenades, magazines and a wireless set, Singh said adding more surrenders of JeM militants are likely to take place in near future. Till now, 23 militants of different outfits have surrendered in Doda-udhampur sector this year, he said.
