No solution of Kashmir without wishes of Kashmiris: Yasin, Zafar

Islamabad: Chairman Jammu Kashmir Liberation Front (Yasin Malik) Group Muhammad Yasin met with Chairman Pakistan Muslim League-N Raja Zafar-ul-Haq here in his office on Saturday. During the meeting, both comprehensively discussed the involvement of Kashmiris in ongoing peace process dialogue between Pakistan and India and the proposals put forward by President General Pervez Musharraf for the resolution of Kashmir. Talking to media men following the meeting, Raja Zafar- ul-Haq demanded to include the Kashmiri people in the peace process dialogue on immediate basis. Kashmiri people must be taken into confidence before any solution of Indian Held Kashmir, he added. He observed that proposals of President General Pervez Musharraf for the solution of Kashmir is contradictory to Kashmir policy of Pakistan. Pakistan always extended moral, political and diplomatic support to Kashmiris and would continue so in future, Chairman PML-N maintained. 'We would not accept any solution of Kashmir which is against the wishes and aspiration of Kashmiris', Chairman JKLF Yasin Malik Group added. He made it clear that the sacrifices rendered by Kashmir people for the independence of IHK would not go in vain. Muhammad Yasin sought help of international community for the sustainable solution of long lingering dispute in accordance with the aspiration of Kashmiris. He held that peace cannot prevail in South Asian region without resolution of Kashmir.
