2 Arrested In Connection With Arms Recovery In J&K

Jammu: Two persons have been arrested in connection with the recovery of arms and explosives near Indo-Pak border in Kanachak area of Jammu district on Tuesday, police said . Bashir and Mohmmad Hussain were arrested on Monday, following the recovery of arms and explosives from near their houses near Line of Control in Kanachake area on March 18, they said. Preliminary investigations revealed that they were providing shelter to Paksitani militants and were also being working as over ground workers and couriers for the faciliting arms and explosives to miltiants in the state, police said. Security forces have recovered one AK rifle and ten grenades among other things from near their house.
