Islamabad: Hamid Nasir Chattha, chairman of the Parliaments Special Committee on Kashmir, has summoned senior officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to brief parliamentarians on the Kashmir issue with special reference to developments after the Mumbai blasts. The meeting would be held on July 24 in the Parliament House, sources told Daily Times. The one-point agenda of the meeting is to seek briefing from the top officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for the members of the Kashmir Committee about the developments between India and Pakistan after the bomb blasts on trains in Mumbai, sources said. They said the officials of the ministry would also brief the committee members about the developments that had taken place under the composite dialogue process between Pakistan and India. They said the meeting was called after concerns were raised on Indias announcement regarding the postponement of the upcoming secretary- level talks.
