Jammu: The Centre's Interlocutor on Jammu and Kashmir and former Home Secretary N.N. Vohra has said that all three regions of the State would be taken into confidence while holding a dialogue to resolve the Kashmir issue. Mr. Vohra said, 'The dialogue on Jammu and Kashmir has to include every region. In the dialogue process, every region of the State namely Jammu, [the] Kashmir Valley and Ladakh has to be included and this is the position on the ground which nobody can ignore.' Mr. Vohra said that this was the logical approach. The Central Government had made it clear that the ongoing dialogue and peace process was with respect to the entire State.
