Kashmiris can live without Pakistan: Siyab

Muzaffarabad: Speaker Azad Kashmir Legislative Assembly Sardar Siyab Khalid has said that Kashmiris can live without Pakistan. While addressing in a Kashmir Conference under the auspices of Imamia Student Organization that was also attended by Senior Minister Mumtaz Ali Gillani, Member Kashmir Council Mumtaz Naqvi, Deputy Speaker Syed Shaukat Hussain Naqvi, Syed Bashir Bukhari and others, Sardar Siyab Khalid said that there is no sectarianism and religious extremism in Azad Kashmir. 'In contrary to Pakistan the atmosphere in AJK is much better', he said. He said that Kashmiris can live without Pakistan and people of Kashmir are united to achieve their goals. Lauding the efforts of President Pakistan General Pervaiz Musharraf in highlighting Kashmir dispute internationally, he said that he has won the hearts of million of Kashmiris. He said that President Musharraf has always been a great influence on the people of Kashmiris. Other speakers in their addresses have stressed the need for participation of Kashmiris in Pak-India dialogue, as no solution is possible until Kashmiris are consulted, as they are the major party in the Kashmir dispute.
