Mufti Sayeed Appeals Mujahideen To Lay Down Arms

Srinagar: Chief Minister of India Held Kashmir Mufti Mohammad Sayeed has renewed his appeal to freedom fighters in the to lay down their arms. In the changed scenario, it does not look nice for youths to carry guns on their shoulders, the chief minister said at a function held in Srinagar, capital of Kashmir. According to the Press Trust of India (PTI), Mufti said that the Mujahideen should lay down their arms and avail themselves of the benefits for surrendered ultras announced recently by the state government. The Mujahideen can visit their houses, meet their kin and lead a normal life and help the ongoing peace process to reach its logical conclusion, Mufti said.-
