Real Eid after Kashmir freedom, says Anwar

MUZAFFARABAD: Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) President Maj-Gen (retd).Sardar Muhammad Anwar Khan has said that the people of Kashmir will celebrate the happiness of Eid with real essence, the day when they will get rid of Indian tyranny.In his message on Eid-ul-Fitr , the president said the large scale, unique and unprecedented sacrifices being offered by the valiant Kashmiris will not go waste as the day was not far off when they would achieve their goal of freedom from Indian strangulation and subjugation.The AJK president said in fact the holy month of Ramazan is gift from the Almighty Allah to the Ummah, 'which teaches us patience, tolerance and discipline. Anwar added that Kashmiri Muslims have been fighting savage Indian forces for the accomplishment of Allah's order and for the obedience and submission to Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him). 'Eid in fact for we Kashmiris will be on that day when the whole state of Jammu and Kashmir will get freedom from Indian yoke and becomes the part of Pakistan through an accession,' he said, adding: 'We are celebrating Eid-ul-Fitr here in free atmosphere, while our brethren in the held territory are passing their days under the bayonets of brute Indian troops.'Anwar also greeted the happiness of Eid-ul-Fitr to all the people of Jammu and Kashmir on both sides of the Line of Control, Pakistani brethren and Muslims across the world.In a separate message, AJK Prime Minister Sardar Sikandar Hayyat Khan said the sacred month of Ramazan was of course a blessing from the Almighty Allah for the Muslims, 'which creates a good sense in our lives so we can realise and understand the extreme of hunger, thirst and other difficulties faced by out needy and poor Muslims brethren'.Sikandar said Eid-ul-Fitr 'reminds us the memory of those brethren who have been facing repression and atrocities of more than 800,000 savage Indian troops in occupied Jammu and Kashmir ... we should not forget our brethren in this auspices occasion of Eid-ul- Fitr while celebrating the festivities of this great day a gift for the Muslims'.The premier has sent Eid greetings to all the Pakistani brethren and the Muslims across the world.Eid-ul-Fitr will be celebrated on both sides of the Line of Control with fullest religious fervour and devotion along with renewed pledge to frustrate and thwart the evil designs of India to keep them in subjugation.The main congregations of Eid-ul-Fitr, will take place in mosques and Markzi Eid Gahs of the seven districts, where millions of the faithful will bow before Allah to express their gratitude for His blessings and would offer special prayers for the liberation of the held Kashmir from the barbaric Indian yoke. A large numbers of the inhabitants of the Azad territory working in Pakistan and elsewhere have started pouring in their hereditary cities, towns and villages to celebrate the sacred festival of Eid with their loved ones.Across the AJK districts of Mirpur, Muzaffarabad, Kotli, Bagh, Sudhancti, Bhimbher and Rawalkot, where the Eid prayers would be held at open places, Eid Gahs and all the major mosques.In prayers, they will seek special blessings of the Almighty Allah to bring peace to the region, with the solution of the Kashmir problem in accordance with the wishes of the Kashmiri people.The day will dawn with special prayers in the mosques for the solidarity, unity prosperity, and security of the country including Azad Kashmir besides for the early success of the Kashmiris indigenous struggle for liberation of the motherland from the Indian tyrannical rule.
