MC Leader For Kashmiris' Travel In Valley Without Visa Restrictions

Blackburn: The secretary information of AJK Muslim Conference (MC) Fida Hussain Kiyani has demanded of the Indian and Pakistani government to allow Kashmiris living across the LoC to travel in the Kashmir valley without any visa restrictions. 'Kashmiris will not permit any bus service between Muzzafarabad and Srinagar with the visa restrictions as no world power could bar Kashmiri people to meet their brethren in the other side of Kashmir valley', he was talking to a AJK UK delegation with called him on here Friday. The delegation comprised Muslim Conference UK President Mehmood Riaz, Secretary Information Syed Hussain Sarwar and other central leaders including Haji Chaudhry Muhammad Akbar, Rai Niaz Ahmad Khan, Rai Ayaz Ahmad Khan and Capt. (Retd) Abdul Rashid . The Muslim Conference leader termed the recently floated Indian proposals of Confidence Building Measures a mere eyewash. 'These moves are conspiracy of the Indian regime aimed at sidelining the Kashmir dispute, which the Kashmiris will not allow to succeed', he said . Kashmir freedom struggle, he said, put up by the valley's brave fighters is fast nearing its successful accomplishment. Fida Hussain Kiyani asked the Vajpayee government to put an immediate end to the Indian forces' aggressive and brutal policies towards innocent Kashmiri people in the held valley. 'If India is sincere in maintaining peace in the region, it should first resolve the lingering Kashmir issue', he said. Numerating the CBMs to be taken by the Indian government, he said it would have to withdraw its forces from the valley at first coupled with immediate end to atrocities against Kashmiri people and implementation of UN passed resolutions for granting the right of self-determination to the valley inhabitant. 'This will help peace to be brought in the valley and the region as well', he said . Muslim Conference, he said, is the only party of valley, under whose flag Kashmiris initiated their freedom struggle against Indian tyrannical rule and Kashmiri people has long associations with the Muslim Conference (MC). Fida Hussain Kiyani urged the MC workers to strengthen the party throughout the world. This will help the Kashmiris raise their voice at the international for a effectively. He eulogized MC UK leadership for rendering what he termed meritorious services for the Kashmir cause and hoped that they will leave no stone unturned to organise the party throughout Europe .
