Srinagar: Radical pro-Pakistan outfit Jamiat-ul-Mujahideen (JuM) on Monday said it would not allow holding of civic elections in Jammu and Kashmir scheduled for April. 'We will not allow holding of civic elections come what may,' JuM spokesman Jameel Ahmad said in a statement faxed to news organisations here. Chief Minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed has said elections to civic bodies would be held in April to entrust the job of governing the cities to elected representatives of the people.
