Srinagar: Asserting that his government would pursue the path of dialogue to restore peace in Jammu and Kashmir, Chief Minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed on Tuesday said a comprehensive programme for all militancy victims will be prepared and Centre''s funding will be sought to implement it. Seeking cooperation from all political parties in providing a ''healing touch'' and check alienation, he said dialogue and not the bullet was a solution to any problem. Addressing the district development board meeting here on Monday evening, he said that the government was committed to giving ''a healing touch'' to victims of militancy and ''check alienation of the people'' which was responsible for sustaining militancy in the state. Maintaining that his goverment would pursue the path of dialogue as enshrined in the CMP, he urged political parties to rise above partisan interests and help in restoring peace in the militancy-torn state. He said ''to err is human but still the accountability of the security forces would be ensured''.
