SRINAGAR: Hizbul Mujahideen believes in dialogue but India’s failure in realising ground realities is hampering the outfit to carry out the same. This was stated by Hizbul Mujahideen chief Saif-ul-Islam here on Friday. According to a local news agency, while agreeing to the Kashmir dispute, he said a peaceful solution to the problem could be achieved only through tripartite talks. On the Jammu and Kashmir elections, he said ‘‘The forthcoming elections will be a futile exercise.’’
