Infiltration bid foiled, four terrorists killed in J&K

Srinagar: An infiltration bid by suspected terrorists was foiled by security forces with the gunning down of four Hizbul Mujahideen men in Kralpora forests of north Kashmir, a top BSF official said here on Monday. Acting on a specific information, a joint team of BSF and Rashtriya Rifles challenged the terrorists when they were trying to sneak into this side from across the Line of Control and in the ensuing gunbattle all the three Hizbul terrorists were killed, Deputy Inspector General, BSF, RS Bhullar said. Three AK assault rifles, seven AK magazines, three hand grenades, 200 rounds were recovered from the slain militants, he added.
