New Delhi: Infiltration from across the border had come down, but had not stopped altogether, Deputy Prime Minister L K Advani informed the Rajya Sabha on Wednesday. Intervening during the Question Hour, Advani said that it was too early to say that infiltration had stopped altogether as this could be judged only over a period of time. Compared to June and July last year, there had been some decline in infiltration during the corresponding period this year, but it was continuing, he said. Advani said that there were enough Pakistani infiltrators already inside the country to carry out violence for another three to four months with the same intensity.
