Girl killed, 25 injured in Rajouri blast

JAMMU: A teenaged girl was killed and 25 injured when militants hurled a grenade on a crowded locality of Rajouri town in J&K on Tuesday night, police sources said here. They said unidentified militants hurled the grenade at City Chowk area of the border town at around 2030 hours injuring 26 people one of whom identified as Jasmeet Kaur succumbed in hospital. The condition of some of the injured was stated to be critical, the sources said adding police launched a hunt for the militants. No militant outfit has so far claimed responsibility for the blast.
