Blast near Kashmir legislature, 15 hurt

SRINAGAR: Fifteen people were injured Tuesday when a grenade exploded near the legislature building in Kashmir, where 38 people died in a suicide bomb attack earlier this month, police said.The grenade was meant for a police patrol, but missed its target and landed on the roadside just metres from the legislature, they said.Two of the wounded were in a serious condition.On October 1, 38 people had died in a suicide attack on the building, in the centre of capital Srinagar.
