Jammu: Jammu and Kashmir chief minister Farooq Abdullah on Wednesday said the only issue to be solved through bilateral talks between India and Pakistan pertained to Pakistan occupied Kashmir (PoK). ''In any future dialogue between India and Pakistan, the issue of PoK has to be given the top priority'', Abdullah told reporters after inaugurating a Rs 14 crore modern diagnostic equipment in Jammu Medical College here. Abdullah appealed to the international community to take note of cross-border terrorism abetted by Pakistan which has claimed hundreds of lives. Many countries have recommended breaking of commercial relations with Pakistan and it is high time that foreign funding to the country be stopped by the affluent countries, Abdullah said. To a question on Omar Abdullah''s taking over as minister of state for external affairs, the chief minister said Omar will bring the true picture of Kashmir before the world. He would also apprise the world of the nefarious designs of the neighbouring country which is busy creating a communal wedge between different sections of people in our state, Abdullah said.
