Washington: Clinton, said that expeditious action was needed because the ''fundamentalist volcano'' is about to explode and the consequences of the explosion are bound to engulf the entire globe. Mr. Kaul said Pakistan had become the ''leading locus of world terrorism'' and the military regime of the country had become an integral part of the global Islamic jihad. The Pakistani dictator ''glorifies these terrorists as freedom fighters,'' he said. The Democratic thinktank, ''Diversity-USA'', headed by Mr. Jagan Kaul, in a letter to Mr. Clinton, said that expeditious action was needed because the ''fundamentalist volcano'' is about to explode and the consequences of the explosion are bound to engulf the entire globe. Mr. Kaul said Pakistan had become the ''leading locus of world terrorism'' and the military regime of the country had become an integral part of the global Islamic jihad. The Pakistani dictator ''glorifies these terrorists as freedom fighters,'' he said. ''Pakistan has not only become a terrorist state but also a rogue state, which is organising the terrorist gangs called ''suicide brigades'' for specific tasks in different regions of the world,'' Mr. Kaul alleged in the letter. Stating that the fundamentalist guerrilla force had already registered more than a million recruits for infiltrating into India to engage in ''internal subversion'' in that country, he said ''criminals from Pakistani jails are set free when they become soldiers of jihad,'' he said adding it was no secret that the Taliban in Kabul and the Sunnis of Islamabad had set up ''joint jihad brigades'' for insurrection in Kashmir. ''Fifteen thousand madrasas, - 10,000 in Pakistan and 5,000 in Afghanistan - are providing the indoctrinated manpower while the Gulf states led by Saudi Arabia are furnishing truck- loads of funds for the worldwide Islamic conquest,'' Mr. Kaul said. To prepare for upcoming Islamic explosion, Pakistan is engaged in training Mujahids from Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Myanmarand other Islamic regions, he said. Mr. Kaul urged Mr. Clinton to ''nip this evil force in the bud.''
